This rare and desirable Divette is CMW21 serviced, and performing exceptionally well, as can be seen in the timing machine photo, m which is probably better than any Enicar on the market. During the service, both the Crown and Crystal were also replaced with NOS examples.

These watches are not only a pure embodiment of mid-century diving watches, but they are among the best, highest quality pieces made at the time. The in-house Ariste Racine movements are exceptional in every way, and this AR1145 clearly shows that. To top it off, these were one of very few full-specification diving watches offered in the "goldilocks" 36mm size, and likely the best of them.

The dive case was made by Ervin Piquerez S.A. (otherwise known as EPSA), known for its Super Compressor diving cases that were also used by various major Swiss manufacturers during the same era. The spring-loaded caseback allowed the case to adjust its tightness depending on the pressure underwater. These great watertight cases with unique bayonet-type back allowed Enicar to extend its SeaPearl line, creating the Sherpa Dive family. This explains the logo engraved on the outside caseback depicting an opened seashell with a pearl inside. The luminous hands and markers, especially the prominent ones at six, nine, and 12, provided strong visibility underwater. The rotating bezel is especially appealing in black with red accents, plus the chunky crown with the Enicar Saturn logo and the cross-hatch motif adds to the attractiveness of the watch. With a practical date function, not only is this a legitimate tool watch, it is a delightful everyday piece on your wrist.

This no-compromise vintage diver is backed by a 3 year warranty.
